Alberta Hotel & Spa - Val Thorens

I spent 7 nights at the Alberta Hotel & Spa and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room felt cozy, and the bed was pretty good for comfort. The spa stole the show, especially the jacuzzi with beautiful mountain views. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, offering a varied menu that included excellent vegetarian options. The hotel's ski-in/ski-out access was super convenient. Staff were very good, accommodating early departures with breakfast. One drawback was that the room size felt cramped, and I wished for more storage space. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at times. The blend of great amenities and warm service were good, despite some minor inconveniences.

Perfect accommodation with unbeatable and best possible location down to the main meeting points on the slopes. A quiet atmosphere along with superfriendly and excellent personnel. Very good overall experience.

I spent 4 nights at Alberta Hotel & Spa for a board meeting and found the breakfast and dinner to be excellent. The spa facilities provided beautiful views of the mountains, included in the price. The pillows were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bit too hard for my preference.

The ski-in and ski-out access is excellent. The heated ski locker rooms were a nice touch, keeping my gear warm and ready for action every day.

Room sizes felt cramped, and I noticed some maintenance issues, like the broken sink stopper and toilet flush button. Wi-Fi is painfully slow-definitely not ideal for streaming after a day on the mountain. The spa felt overcrowded, and it was difficult to get any peace and quiet during peak times.

The location was unbeatable, just a ski-in and ski-out away from the slopes. The super nice team, and the food was genuinely tasty.

the room was a bit small (we had trouble fitting our luggage). but the location is perfect, right next to ski runs! the spa area with sauna and hot tub was relaxing and had great views. staff were super friendly and the food was delicious.

Family holiday with lovely moments

We found a cozy spot by the fireplace where we spent evenings playing cards together. The convenience of skiing straight from the hotel was like icing on the cake.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly , but you know what they say about quality.

Fantastic Winter Retreat!

We loved the ski-in/ski-out convenience. The spa treatments after skiing felt rejuvenating, and we often found ourselves lingering there. Enjoyed delicious vegetarian meals. A short walk to shops added more fun to our stay. Highly recommend for couples!

I had a great time here! This spotless hotel is more than just a 3-star place. the room was cozy, and it even had a balcony where I could chill. 😊 I also loved the shower gel they provided.

The breakfast with daily eggs and bacon was fantastic.
